He pioneered the shirt with the front-button concept which is nowadays the main concept of a shirt. 

During 1900s he developed a good reputation of quality among gentlemen of London. In 1903, his idea of coat-shirt was considered as novel idea.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

✔️Delivery for orders up to £150 as well as click and collect service is free across UK. Standard UK delivery for £4.95 takes 3-5 working days. The next day delivery can only be possible if order is placed by 4pm and the delivery charges would be £8.95. the deliveries on Saturdays will be possible if order is placed by 4pm on Friday and would charge £9.95.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers can return unsatisfactory goods within 30 days of delivery. TM Lewin guarantees full refund for the unsatisfactory items being unused, and having all the tags attached to it unaltered. They also offer exchange for faulty or mistaken items. The original payments methods will be used to process refunds. The split payments will be refunded back for gift card first, and then remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method. Payments through Amazon Pay or PayPal are not liable to be refunded. 

The items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be liable to refund and will be sent back to the customer.

Under wears, altered items and delivery charges are exclusive of refund policy unless faulty. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

✔️TM Lewin reserves right to change the contents displayed on the website at any time and would not be responsible of any misuse or other unlawful act done by using the website.

✔️The order will be accepted once the items are dispatched. On this occasion, customers will be sent a confirmation email containing details about the order. if customers wish to cancel an order, they must inform TM Lewin team as soon as possible through email. However, once the order has been shipped, it may not be cancelled.

✔️Customers must return the goods within 30 days after cancellation of order. the refund will be processed within 30 days after TM Lewin team receives the returned goods. The returned goods must be in unused and saleable form and must contain delivery note or receipt. Refunds for returns exclude footwear, altered items, underwear and gift voucher purchases. 

✔️Faulty items must be returned within 6 months of purchasing

✔️TM Lewin team reserves right to decline the order due to unavailability of goods or any other technical issues. Customers will later be given opportunity to choose if they want to process the order or cancel it. If TM Lewin team fails to contact to customer, the order will be cancelled.
